At our Dog Field, we understand how much dog owners want to provide the best for their dogs. That’s why we’ve created an enclosed and spacious outdoor play space for dogs. Our Dog Field is perfect for owners with dogs that can be reactive, nervous, have no recall, or can't be let off the lead in public spaces for many reasons. Upon your booking, you'll get full usage of our dog field exclusively for you.

We are here to provide your pup with the best environment to have fun and be safe.

How Does It Work?

Step 1 - Read and check through our field rules and Terms and Conditions! We know boring, but it keeps everything running smoothly and for everyone to have an enjoyable time.

Step 2 - Head down to our booking section. Select the date and time you'd like to book. Fill out the correct information for yourself and your dog(s). Please don't forget to check the weather before booking as bookings can only be rescheduled for no less than 24hrs.

Step 3 - Once you have booked and paid for your session, you will receive a confirmation to the email address you provided. This will confirm your booking, if you haven't received an email please check your Junk/Spam folder.

Step 4 - You'll then receive an email and text message before your booked session to remind you and give you your unique gate code. This code is a one-time use and is only available for your booked slot. So please make sure you have your code with you before going to our field.

Step 5 - All you have to do now is sit back and relax knowing your dog will have a safe and adventurous time!

Dog Field Rules

Please DO NOT let your dog(s) off the lead inside the car park. It is not fully enclosed.
DO keep them on a lead when inside the car park and when leaving the field.

Please DO NOT attempt to enter the dog field when in use.
DO wait in your car or in the waiting area (if you have walked there) until the other human and their dog are safely in their vehicle and have left. If another human is still in the dog field when it is your turn, please call us at the number below and wait in your vehicle.

Please DO NOT stay beyond your booked session.

DO give yourself plenty of time to collect your dog and return to your vehicle on time for the next human and their dog.

Please DO NOT leave dog toys in our field.
DO take them home, even if your dog has chewed them to pieces. Leaving toys could be a choking risk for another dog.

Please DO NOT throw toys towards the main road.

DO use toys safely while in the dog field.

Please DO NOT climb on or over the fences or gates.

DO contact us if there is a problem with access or if your dog's toy goes over the fence. We will collect it for you and return it to you.

Please DO NOT climb on any of the dog play equipment, this includes children too! It is for dogs only!

DO use the human seats - They are for humans!

Please DO NOT leave food/litter or use our poo bins to dispose of your litter.

DO take all your litter home and keep our dog field clean.

Please DO NOT leave dog poo in our field.
DO pick up your dog's poo and dispose of it in our poo bins. Failure to do so will result in a ban. We will check CCTV if we have any reports of poo left.

Please DO NOT leave the car park and main gate open.
DO close ALL the gates when you have entered the field and after your session. Please make sure the gate is locked/closed when you leave, even if someone is waiting. Do not let anyone in!

What is a Private Dog Field?

A private dog field is a secure field that you are able to book exclusively for yourself and your dog(s). A private dog field is beneficial for... People with dogs that have poor recall or no recall. People with dogs that have behavioral issues, have been previously attacked, suffer from anxiety, etc. People with puppies. People looking to train their dogs in a safe and secure environment. People looking for a quiet, private area to walk their dogs without being disturbed. People with dogs that have a high prey drive. People with dogs that cannot usually be let off the lead in open areas. People that don’t feel safe or are uneasy walking their dogs in public spaces due to the rise in dog thefts nationwide.

Do you have a restriction on the total number of dogs?

Yes, we have a maximum of 6 dogs on site at any one time.

If you own more than 6 dogs, please contact us to discuss.

I've booked a session for me and my dog, can I bring my friends and their dogs?

All paid bookings are restricted just to you and/or your partner/family member or friend in one car plus your own dog(s). This means only you and 1 other adult are allowed per booking. We have a restriction of 2 adults and 1 car per booking. You can add another car to the booking if you are coming in different vehicles. If we have found that you have abused our booking system by paying for a session for yourself and then allowing more people and dogs to join, you will be barred from booking again.

I arrived late to my session. Can I stay longer?

We understand situations may happen which may cause you to be late. But unfortunately, the dog field is run on a schedule booking system. Each user books their own time and must arrive and leave on time to allow the next user in the field.

If you've booked a 50 minute session at 2.00pm but arrived at 2:20pm you must leave at 2:50pm.

Do you offer refunds?

Bookings can be rescheduled only with at least 24 hours notice of your booking. Less than 24 hours and you'll be charged in full and will have to book another slot.

If you request to reschedule within the time frame, this is free of charge. The only time we will offer a reschedule/full refund is if we cancel your session due to a problem with our field, etc. that will affect your booking.

Do you have Terms and Conditions?

Woofin' It Outdoors is strictly for personal use only and can not be transferred or sublet.

We allow a maximum of 6 dogs and no more than 2 cars onsite per booking.

You agree to use the dog field at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for any accidents, loss, injury, illness, or escapees whilst you are using the dog field. Please use your best judgment and knowledge. The site is a field that can be hazardous at times with bad weather, uneven ground, etc. Please take care and wear suitable footwear.

Our dog field is strictly a dog-exercising field only! It is not a playground for children/adults. You are fully responsible for your children and they must be supervised at all times and be kept off of the dog play equipment for health and safety. We do not allow bikes, scooters, footballs, etc, in the dog field. Anyone found to allow their children to climb on fences, play equipment, etc will not be welcomed back.

You are liable for any damage caused by yourself, your dog(s), or persons inside the dog field (which includes the car park). This also includes the equipment used. Any damage caused will be assessed and billed to you for repairs.

You must pick up and bag your dog's poo and place it in our poo bins. Failing to do so will result in a ban. Any reports of left dog poo, we will check the CCTV to see who was the culprit.

Any dog equipment used on-site is at your discretion only. We will not be held responsible if your dog(s) causes an accident or injury.

Smoking, lighting fires, and BBQs are NOT permitted onsite.

All litter must be taken home, this includes broken dog toys. Litter and broken toys should not be placed into our poo bins. Please keep our dog field clean for all users.

Any harsh handling of dogs, including the use of electric collars, prongs collars, etc, are not allowed on site.

Anyone using aggressive or unpleasant behavior towards their dogs, other users of the site, or Bark&Play, will be banned.

CAR PARK/WAITING AREA -

Dogs MUST be on a lead and under control in the car park. The car park is not fully secure/enclosed.

Our car park usage is free of charge for the first car.

There is a maximum of 2 cars on-site at any one time. Please park safely and please make sure to exit in forward gear and do not attempt to reverse onto the main road.

Users of the car park do so at your own risk. We do not accept responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to vehicles.

If you have arrived with no car, you MUST wait at the back of the car park in the waiting area until the other user has gone. If you arrive and it is empty, please go straight in. If you are waiting, please keep your dog out of sight of the other person's dog, on lead, and under control. Their dog might be reactive.

BOOKINGS -

Bookings can be rescheduled within 24 hours of your booking. Less than 24 hours and you'll be charged in full and will have to book another slot.

If you request to reschedule, this is free of charge.

Our booking slots are either 20 or 50 minute sessions with a couple minutes buffer on either side to enter and vacate the dog field. This prevents bumping into other humans and their dogs. Please make sure you leave on time to allow for the next user to enter on time. If you overstay your booked appointment, you will be asked to leave immediately. Repeat offenders will be banned after 1 warning.

There are no extensions for late arrivals.

RULE BREAKERS-

We take rule-breaking very seriously. We have spent years planning and making an enclosed dog area happen for the community of Minehead. If you are found to be breaking our dog field rules, you will be asked to leave immediately and we reserve the right to no refunds for any future bookings made with us.

Do you accept XL Bullies?

XL Bullies owner's are welcome to use our private field to exercise their dog.

Owners must comply with the government's advice as outlined on their website.

Owners will need to provide a copy of their exemption certificate and public liability insurance upon request. Please keep a copy of each on your person when using the field.

XL bullies can be exercised off the lead and without a muzzle when locked in the enclosed field. Lead and muzzle must be placed back on before exiting the field.

There is a Dog Handler ratio of 1:1 and must be an adult.

You are not allowed to use the field with mixed dogs from different households.
